Attire is Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire. Have fun with it, floral print, patterns, go bold, wear color. Just no white ;)
- "What is the wedding attire? Is there a dress code?"
We will be providing transportation for guests to and from the 3 hotels where we have secured blocks in Napa. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, you can Uber to it and take the shuttles to/from there. Please check back in closer to the date as we will update our website with the final transportation schedule on the “travel” page.
- "How do we get to the wedding?"
Ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner will be fully outdoors. Our dance reception will be indoors and we will have lounge, dessert, coffee and a fireplace in an outdoor reception space.
- "Which events are outdoors and which are indoors?"
We will be hosting a welcome party at the Napa Valley Marriott on 8/26 from 8pm-10pm and all are invited! Details will be included in your main invitation.
We will also be hosting a casual Farewell Brunch on Sunday, 8/28, at the Embassy Suites in Napa from 9am-11am. Details will be in your welcome note at the welcome party.
- "Are there other wedding events happening during the weekend?"
We kindly ask all guests to arrive between 4:30pm-4:50pm to enjoy some welcome non-alcoholic drinks, sign our guest book, and get situated. Ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.
- "What time should I arrive to the wedding?"
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event besides our immediate nieces and nephews. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
- "Are kids welcome?"
Please include this information on your RSVP card, and we will be sure to have plenty of food for you!
- "What do I do if I have a dietary/allergy accommodation request (vegetarian, GF, DF, etc.)?"
We will be having a family style meal to highlight the feel of an elevated yet intimate dinner party with family and friends. We will be serving steak, chicken, and vegetarian options for all to enjoy, along with salads and sides.
- "I didn't see an area to select a meal on your RSVP, what is being served?"
If your invitation includes a "guest" you are more than welcome to bring one. At this time, if your invitation does not include a guest, then only 1 seat has been reserved for your party.

We love a good party and hope to keep the dance floor packed all the way through midnight, however shuttles will begin taking guests back to the hotels in Napa from 9:30pm onwards, on a consistent loop through 12am.

We kindly ask that no-one brings handheld/professional cameras with them as we have booked a professional photographer to capture our day. Anyone who arrives with a camera will be told to put it away and not use it. We also ask that you do not stand in the aisle with your phone nor get in the way of our photographer. Please note NO outside food or beverage will be allowed at our venue.
